2. What information do you collect about me?
It's real simple, we only collect as much information as is necessary for you to enjoy your experience on our network, and to help resolve any situations relating to cheating, loss of points, and ban cases. For this, we require your email address to be supplied upon account creation, so this can be used as our primary point of contact and verification when you require changes made to your account, or when we make changes and feel it necessary to notify you.

3. Do you track my IP Address?
Yes, we do. This is very necessary for a number a reasons, from providing an optimal connection, to protecting our server. You have nothing to worry about, if you play by the rules. But we do reserve the right to restrict IP's (i.e. your internet connection) from connecting to our servers. This is usually only in extreme circumstances, and we'll be happy to let you know why we have done so, if we can contact you (hence why your email address is important).

4. Will I receive Newsletters?
We'll send an opt-out Newsletter to your registered email address from time to time. This will usually be no frequent than a monthly basis. Except under extreme situations, where we feel it necessary to notify all our members of what is going on, e.g. server outage problems, major account changes.

5. Will you send my email to 3rd parties?
No, we will never do this. We treat your email address very important, and know that no one likes spam. However, we may send a Newsletter notifying users of other services provided by the Memir Software network, e.g. iSoccer, iSnooker, iPool etc.
